1. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and PHWin11 ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the PHWin11 website located at phwin11.net and all associated services, games, and features offered therein.
PHWin11 operates as an online gaming platform serving players based in the Philippines. By accessing the platform — whether to browse, register, deposit, or play — you acknowledge that you are entering into this agreement voluntarily and that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 below.

2. Eligibility

PHWin11 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be suspended pending review, and any funds accumulated may be withheld pending investigation.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Creating Your Account
To access the full range of PHWin11 services, you are required to register for an account. During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and valid email address. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms.
3.2 One Account Policy
Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on PHWin11 at any time. If duplicate accounts are detected — whether created intentionally or otherwise — PHWin11 reserves the right to close all but one account and to void any bonuses, bets, or winnings obtained through the duplicate accounts.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. PHWin11 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact PHWin11 support immediately at support@phwin11.net. You are liable for all activity conducted through your account until you notify us of unauthorised access.
3.4 Account Verification (KYC)
PHWin11 may require identity verification at any stage — at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or as part of ongoing compliance reviews. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (UMID, PhilSys ID, driver's licence, or passport) and proof of your registered payment method. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.
4. Deposits
PHWin11 accepts deposits exclusively through approved Philippine payment channels. Supported methods include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, UnionBank online banking, Visa debit, and Mastercard debit.
- All deposits are denominated in Philippine Pesos (₱). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment channel and are clearly displayed during the deposit process.
- Deposits must originate from a payment account or card registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will trigger an account review.
- PHWin11 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside PHWin11's control.
- Funds deposited to PHWin11 are for gaming purposes only and cannot be held as savings or transferred to other users.
5. Withdrawals
Withdrawals of real-money balances from PHWin11 are processed subject to the following conditions:
- Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be processed. Unverified accounts may have withdrawal requests held pending KYC completion.
- Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless that method does not support withdrawals, in which case an alternative verified method may be used with prior approval.
- Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed at the point of request and vary by payment channel.
- Standard withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya are processed within minutes during operating hours. Bank transfers may take up to one banking business day.
- PHWin11 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks before processing any withdrawal above certain thresholds. This is a standard regulatory requirement and is not an indication of wrongdoing.
- Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn. Only real-money balances and bonus funds that have cleared wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.
6. Bonuses and Promotions
PHWin11 runs various promotional offers from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback promotions, and free bets. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated for each individual offer:
- Wagering requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement, which means the bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount) must be staked a specified number of times before a withdrawal can be made. The applicable requirement is clearly stated in each promotion's individual terms.
- Validity period: Bonuses expire if not used within the stated validity window. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from your account and cannot be reinstated.
- Game eligibility: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Table games, live dealer games, and certain slots may have reduced or zero contribution. The contribution percentage for each game type is listed in the promotion terms.
- One bonus at a time: Unless stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time. Depositing while a bonus is active does not automatically trigger a new bonus.
- Abuse: PHWin11 may void bonuses and associated winnings — and close accounts — where there is evidence of systematic exploitation of bonus terms, including through multiple accounts, coordinated play, or other methods designed to reduce risk while fulfilling wagering requirements.
7. Game Rules and Betting
All games available on PHWin11 — including casino games, card games such as Pusoy, sports betting markets, Bingo, and virtual sports — operate according to their own specific game rules, which are available within each game or section of the platform. These game-specific rules are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
- Bets and game actions confirmed by the player are final and cannot be reversed once accepted by the system. PHWin11 is not responsible for bets placed based on misunderstandings of the odds or rules.
- PHWin11 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where the outcome was known at the time of betting, where system errors materially affected the odds or game outcome, or where there is evidence of collusion or match manipulation.
- Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and per game type. These limits are displayed at the point of betting.
- PHWin11 uses certified Random Number Generators (RNG) for all non-live-dealer games. RNG systems are independently audited to ensure results are genuinely random and not subject to manipulation.
8. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on PHWin11 and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and possible forfeiture of balances:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, play games, or interact with the platform in any way.
- Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes or exploit bonus terms collectively.
- Using the platform to launder money or engage in any activity that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws (AMLA).
- Registering with false personal information or impersonating another person.
- Sharing your account with any other person or allowing another individual to use your account to place bets.
- Attempting to access the accounts, data, or systems of other users without authorisation.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any suspected bugs must be reported to support immediately. Players who exploit a bug rather than reporting it forfeit any gains obtained.
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward other players or PHWin11 staff.
9. Account Suspension and Closure
PHWin11 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases where:
- A breach of these Terms is detected or reasonably suspected.
- The account is suspected of being used for money laundering or other illegal activity.
- Verification documents are not provided within the requested timeframe.
- The account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 consecutive months without any login or transaction activity).
- A self-exclusion request is submitted by the player or by a legally recognised third party on the player's behalf.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may request closure by contacting support. Any legitimate real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be paid out to your verified withdrawal method after standard review.
10. Responsible Gaming
PHWin11 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide the following tools, all accessible directly in your account settings:
- Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
- Session reminders: Opt to receive a notification after a set amount of continuous play time.
- Temporary account pause: Place a temporary restriction on your account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days).
- Self-exclusion: Permanently or for a defined long-term period, exclude yourself from all PHWin11 services. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for the selected duration.

11. Intellectual Property
All content on PHWin11 — including but not limited to logos, graphics, interface design, software, game content, written content, and the PHWin11 brand name — is the intellectual property of PHWin11 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content from PHWin11 without prior written permission. Scraping, data mining, or bulk extraction of data from the platform is strictly prohibited.
12. Limitation of Liability
PHWin11 provides its services on an "as available" basis. While we take reasonable steps to ensure platform stability and reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions outside our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, PHWin11's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim. PHWin11 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
13. Privacy and Data Protection

14. Amendments to These Terms

If informal resolution is not achieved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines, in the city or municipality where PHWin11's registered office is located.
